Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Creates and executes project work plans across all industrial cleaning services such as, hydroblasting automation, liquid vacuum service, air machine derives and hydro excavation service.
•Reports to Site Manager, supports Site Manager.
•Verifies jobs are set up correctly.
•Verifies crews are following FPC & Miller Safety rules and Policies.
•Customer interaction by sharing job updates, obtains information for future jobs and performs job walks.
•Work schedule includes weekends, holidays as needed.
•Available by phone around the clock,
•Weekend call when needed.
•Must be available for any work schedule including extended hours.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•Proven leadership/project management skills.
•Knowledge of chemical cleaning is beneficial.
•Excellent communication skills, verbal, written and interpersonal
•Able to adjusts as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Understands basic revenue models, P&L, and cost-to-completion projections and makes decisions accordingly.
•Ability to analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and resource utilization.
Education and Experience
•10+ years managing in the environmental industry
