Site Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in various construction management software and tools. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as you will be responsible for supervising teams, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations at the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

- Manage project scheduling using Primavera P6 and other construction management software to ensure timely completion of tasks.

- Supervise on-site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship.

- Conduct regular inspections of work performed to maintain quality control and compliance with OSHA regulations.

- Review contracts and manage project budgets effectively, ensuring that costs remain within allocated limits.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to communicate progress and address any issues that arise.

- Utilize tools such as Bluebeam for document management and ProCore for project tracking.

- Read blueprints, schematics, and other technical documents to guide construction activities accurately.

- Implement safety protocols on-site to protect workers and minimize risk of accidents.

Skills

- Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Bluebeam.

- Strong understanding of construction management principles including budgeting, estimating, and scheduling.

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is essential.

- Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety regulations relevant to construction sites.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.

- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: $26.27 - $31.64 per hour
