VISION miami is seeking a qualified individual capable of performing the following job description tasks and possessing extensive experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will be proficient in professional estimating and project scheduling software and posses experience in high end modern finishes, construction methods and processes. Architectural, Design or IT knowledge would be of great additional benefit to augment this position.

Position Summary:

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overseeing the physical construction of high-end residential and commercial projects. This role requires comprehensive experience in the construction industry, including project coordination, subcontractor management, cost estimating, and schedule tracking. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and brings deep knowledge of construction methods, particularly in luxury finishes and modern design. Architectural, design, or IT expertise is a strong plus.
