Job Description:

Spot On Roofing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential roofing, siding, and windows projects, with a primary focus on capturing detailed before-and-after photos of every job. This role involves managing on-site operations, ensuring quality control, and maintaining clear communication with clients and the internal team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

•

Capture clear, detailed before-and-after photos of all roofing, siding, and windows projects.

•

Oversee and manage roofing, siding, and windows projects from start to completion.

•

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.

•

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.

•

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients.

•

Resolve any on-site issues or client concerns promptly.

•

Track project progress and report updates to management.

•

Ensure job sites remain clean, safe, and compliant with OSHA standards.

Requirements:

•

Must have experience in roofing, siding, and windows project management.

•

Strong attention to detail, especially in photo documentation.

•

Proficiency in using a smartphone or camera for high-quality photos.

•

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

•

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

•

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
