Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time and within budget. Your role is critical in ensuring seamless communication, effective problem-solving, and driving projects forward while maintaining a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects from concept to completion.
•Manage project scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring adherence to timelines and financial objectives.
•Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment of project goals.
•Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring that potential issues are addressed before they impact the project.
•Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure projects are completed with high quality and in a timely manner.
•Maintain a "humble, hungry, and smart" attitude, fostering teamwork and a positive working environment.

Qualifications:
•3+ years of experience in project management or a related role.
•Proven record of leading successful projects in a demanding environment.
•Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate complex situations with poise.
•Excellent communication and people skills, with a high level of emotional intelligence.
Compensation:
•$50,000 - $65,000 per year annual base salary.
•Opportunity to earn additional quarterly incentives.
