What You’ll Do:
•Oversee and manage day-to-day operations on active construction projects across assigned territories or regions.

•Lead and support field crews with a hands-on, leadership-first approach—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

•Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align goals and drive successful project execution.

•Monitor performance, track KPIs, and make decisions that move the business forward.

•Enforce safety and quality standards across all sites; you’re the heartbeat of job site excellence.

•Develop operational strategies that scale as we grow—and help shape what “best-in-class” looks like at every level.

Who You Are:
•A proven leader with 3+ years of experience managing construction operations or project teams.

•Skilled at juggling multiple projects and crews without missing a beat.
*
•Passionate about systems, leadership, and continuous improvement.
*
•Comfortable using construction software and Microsoft Office tools to analyze performance and manage field data.

•Adaptable, energetic, and ready to thrive in a high-growth, high-opportunity company.
