Job Summary
We are a full mechanical plumbing, piping, and HVAC general contractor serving the greater northwest in Washington State.
This full-time position is part of the Project Management Team in Kennewick, Washington. As a Construction Manager, your main areas of focus will be on specific projects for awarded scopes. You’ll be a key member of a new and growing team, so you can expect more autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit. The purpose of this position is for an individual to support projects regionally. Therefore, it’s expected that the individual joining us will be comfortable with some travel during construction.
We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated experience within commercial construction, more specifically in the mechanical scopes, and is comfortable taking ownership of projects involving complex pieces. We expect strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, is results oriented, consultative, and collaborative.
Responsibilities
•Transitioning support through the development phase to construction phase.
•Lead the development and management of project plans, schedules, and scopes of work.
•Creating and managing operating budgets.
•Preparing client monthly billings and complete monthly financial projections.
•Monitor, control, and report on the financial performance of projects.
•Analyzing and delivering accurate and timely financial results.
•Coordination of work with subcontractors and vendors.
•Coach and mentor project team members.
•Develop project schedules to include subcontractors.
•Regularly communicating, formally and informally goals, policies, plans and priorities.
Required Experience
•BA/BS degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical
•Engineering, Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent work experience required.
•Three to five (3-5) years of leadership over project teams with experience in engineering, construction, facilities services required.
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Project required.
•Working knowledge of scheduling software: Microsoft Project or Primavera
•Experience with a General Contractor or Major Mechanical Subcontractor preferred.
•Knowledge of construction management, commercial building processes.
The Construction Manager will report to the General Manager of the Eastern Washington office.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
