Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Construction Project Manage will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.

•

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress as well as the capacity to oversee and communicate any hindrances to code regulations or caliber of quality to build.

•

Manage project scheduling using BuilderTrend.

•

Review and interpret blueprints, contracts, and project documents to ensure accurate implementation of plans.

•

Oversee construction estimating processes and maintain accurate records of project costs using the program, BuilderTrend.

•

Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors and vendors providing guidance and support as needed.

•

Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.

•

Ability to build rapport and maintain concise and consistent communication with clients, subcontractors and vendors.

Qualifications

•

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and quality assurance practices.

•

Excellent blueprint reading skills and familiarity with contract management.

•

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•

Effective communication skills for liaising with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

•

Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

•

Ability to effectively manage cost effectiveness within or under budget.

•

Ability to lead, teach and delegate tasks.

•

Ability to build culture and relationships with Forest Creek colleagues and clients
