We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager-Engineer with experience in construction or project management to work in the Jacksonville, FL area. There may be some occasional flexibility to work from home.

The starting salary is $85,000 per year and will increase depending on experience. You will also be eligible for our Quarterly Incentive Plan (QIP). What You'll Do:

- Oversee project planning, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, government regulations, and environmental considerations.

- Lead site surveys, manage contract execution, and oversee project lifecycle from start-up to closeout.

- Coordinate and manage infrastructure repair projects using specialized cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) methods.

- Select and collaborate with vendors and subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and project profitability.

- Prepare estimates, manage budgets, and track project costs using Primavera P6 software.

- Handle permitting, material procurement, and contract administration, ensuring timely project delivery.

- Attend key meetings with clients and stakeholders, providing project updates and maintaining strong communication.

What We Need:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2+ years of hands-on construction management experience, or 5+ years of experience managing construction projects with an annual portfolio of $1MM+ strongly preferred.

- Valid driver's license is required with a clean motor vehicle report.

- Willingness to travel as needed, approximately 10%+ of the time.

- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects at the same time.

- A strong grasp of basic Accounting and Finance principles is highly desirable.

- Prior experience in water/sewer systems or municipal projects is a significant advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a must. Experience with Primavera Unifier and JD Edwards software is a plus.

- A strong commitment to customer satisfaction is essential.
