Job Summary:

Are you hard working, motivated and looking to work for a growing Company? Keystruct Construction is looking for a laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will perform a variety of physical tasks on construction sites including, but not limited to; site housekeeping and organizing, assembling and disassembling, unloading and loading. If you are self-driven and reliable, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

•

Assist Superintendent/Foreman and Skilled Trades team members as directed

•

Maintains a neat and organized work area and construction site

•

Maintains and keeps company tools and equipment clean and organized

•

Unloading and loading materials and operation of equipment

•

Assembling and disassembling temporary structures

•

Performs all other duties as requested.

•

Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety rules. Always conducts self in professional, ethical, and courteous manner as a representative of the Company.

What You Need:

•

1+ year of hands-on experience in a construction environment

•

Strong knowledge of power tools, materials, and equipment

•

Requires a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to work sites, must be able to travel from site to site.

•

Excellent multi-tasking skills and demonstrated self-directed work ethic are required

•

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
