Construction Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks to support the completion of projects on time and within budget. Duties - Assist with loading and unloading materials - Operate and care for construction equipment and machines - Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards - Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact earth to prepare for construction - Mix, pour, and spread concrete - Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks Qualifications - Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred - Ability to lift heavy objects and work in all weather conditions - Knowledge of basic hand and power tools - Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team - High school diploma or equivalent is a plus
