Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various tasks on construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and hazardous materials.
•
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
•
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.
•
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
•
Support the installation of structures, frameworks, and fixtures as directed.
•
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.
•
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to construction practices.
Qualifications
•
Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
•
Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices.
•
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
•
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required by project demands.

Pay: $25.07 - $26.88 per hour
