Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and efficient. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions closely.
Responsibilities
•
Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
•
Support skilled tradespeople in tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing work.
•
Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.
•
Load and unload materials, ensuring they are stored safely and securely.
•
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
•
Perform general maintenance tasks on tools and equipment as needed.
•
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met on time.
Skills
•
Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
•
Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is preferred but not required.
•
Ability to follow directions accurately and work well within a team environment.
•
Good communication skills to interact with team members effectively.
•
Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
•
Willingness to learn new skills and take on various tasks as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

Pay: $23.59 - $26.37 per hour
