Position Description:

We are seeking some Construction Laborers to service customers in our service area. Our Laborers work with our tenured staff servicing the Temporary Heating needs of Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We need motivated individuals who are dependable and take pride in their work. There will be overtime hours that are required to satisfy our customer needs.

· Responsibilities:

· Assist in delivering tanks, heaters and hoses and ensure they are working correctly.

· Assist in moving assets from one site to another.

· Stack and organize heaters and hoses.

Other duties as needed.

Job Requirements:

· Laborer experience preferred but not required

· Prior construction experience preferred but not required

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Ability to lift heavy objects - approximately 35 lbs numerous times daily

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather & conditions

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

· Flexibility to work outside of basic job description

· Desire to succeed and advance in a team environment
