We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by cleaning and clearing debris.

- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.

- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision.

- Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks effectively.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on the job site.

- Assist with the assembly of structures, including framing, drywall installation, and roofing as required.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements

- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.

- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced workers.

- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
