Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to lead our construction teams on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
•Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
•Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.
•Monitor project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
•Conduct regular site inspections to assess work performance and adherence to project timelines.
•Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.
•Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and enhance productivity.
•Resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site in a timely manner.
Requirements
•Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
•Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
•Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
•Proficient in using construction management software and tools.
•Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.
•Certification in OSHA safety training is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.09 - $29.73 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
