Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Foreman to lead our construction teams on-site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven ability to oversee projects from inception to completion. This role requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. As a Construction Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

•

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction workers and subcontractors.

•

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

•

Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of work.

•

Monitor project progress, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

•

Conduct regular site inspections to assess work performance and adherence to project timelines.

•

Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project updates and issues.

•

Train and mentor team members to promote skill development and enhance productivity.

•

Resolve conflicts or issues that arise on-site in a timely manner.

Requirements

•

Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.

•

Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.

•

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

•

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•

Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

•

Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

•

Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients.

•

Certification in OSHA safety training is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.09 - $29.73 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
