Under broad guidance, the Construction Foreman is responsible for leading a dedicated team of Project Specialists responsible for executing diverse projects within a major utility organization. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. The Construction Foreman serves as a liaison between stakeholders, project teams, and leadership to align goals and drive successful outcomes.
o Trenching, pipe laying, manhole installation, and pump station construction.
o In-depth understanding of wastewater treatment processes, sewer systems, and related infrastructure.
o Experience in creating project timelines, coordinating resources, and sequencing construction activities.
o Experience in addressing and resolving on-site challenges, such as utility conflicts, unexpected subsurface conditions, or weather delays.
