Production Foreman

Production Foreman:

Job Description:

Work under the direct supervision of the Facilities Manager or Operations Manager to safely and efficiently carry out the following but not limited to task:

· Train or oversee training of laborers

· Proficient in the operation of your production department

· Ability to fill in or facilitate other departments, if needed

· Ensure that your department meets projected completion times

· Ensure that all products produced are top quality

· Ensure that daily schedules are set the day before and that your team knows the schedule and expectations for the next day

· Work with all Management and your team to ensure that everyone is doing their part to ensure that safety, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness are required goals

· Maintain clean work area

Qualifications, Education, Required Skills:

· Ability to communicate with Managers, fellow employees, and customers

· Completion of crane inspections and training

· Knowledge of basic power tools and hand tools

· Completion of crane inspections and training

· Completion of Rigging and Handling Training

· Completion of Department Training

· Completion of required safety training

· Must be able to read tape measures to 1/16”

· Bending and climbing

· lifting of up to 100 Lbs.

· Ability to work in hot, cold, and wet conditions

· Available to work overtime, if required

· Must follow all safety regulations

Other:

Your duties, hours and pay may vary depending on the needs of NPCC. You may be asked to temporarily fill in another department or you may be asked to permanently move to another department when it is deemed necessary by management to meet NPCC’s production schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
