Churchill McGee LLC, a respected general contractor specializing in commercial construction, has an immediate opening for a Construction Division Manager to lead our expanding work in the Central Kentucky area.
Primary Responsibilities:
•Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project objectives and scope.
•Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and industry standards.
•Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
•Monitor project progress and address potential risks or delays.
•Oversee budget management, cost tracking and expense monitoring.
•Ensure quality control and conduct inspections to meet industry standards.
•Serve as primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving issues.
•Assist estimating team with bids for new projects.
Qualifications:
•10+ years of experience in commercial construction and project management.
•Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
•Proven experience in concrete construction project management.
•Knowledge of construction contracts, safety standards and regulations.
•Proficient in project management software and tools.
Education and Other Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (preferred).
•OSHA 10 certification (preferred).
•Valid driver’s license and own transportation required.
