Construction Crew Chief

Precision Utility LLC, a thriving Texas-Based Municipal Operations Company experiencing explosive growth is looking for a team-oriented and experienced Crew Chief. The ideal candidate will successfully be performing maintenance and construction services for water, sewer, & drainage facilities both underground utilities and facility maintenance. The candidate will be required to operate a mini-excavator and capable of driving a truck and trailer (No CDL is required). The ideal candidate will perform duties to ensure effective and efficient operations, require participation in on-call rotation duties, maintain proper inventory in a warehouse, & maintain a clean rig. As a Crew Chief the candidate will be directly responsible for scheduling and administration on Field Technicians assigned to them. Our main IT Tools are, Service Fusion - paperless job and time tracking program, MS Office, Dropbox Business, TCEQ Drinking Water Watch Database, and Birdnest Data Management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Facilities:

Lift Station Maintenance

Storm Water Pumping Station Maintenance

Underground Utilities:

Water leaks - ¾ inch to 12-inch mains up to 10 feet deep

Water Taps both residential and commercial vaults

Waterline extensions & relocates

Fire hydrant repairs & installation

Sewer point repairs 3-inch to 12-inch mains, laterals, and private lines up to 10 feet deep

Sewer Taps both residential & commercial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
