We are growing our modular manufacturing team and are looking for Construction Athletes—skilled, motivated tradespeople who take pride in their craft and thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Whether your background is in finish carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general construction, we want you on our team.

This is hands-on, meaningful work building high-quality homes that solve the real problem of attainable housing. We are in a controlled factory environment—where precision, safety, and teamwork matter every day.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome experienced professionals and motivated tradespeople with backgrounds including (but not limited to):

- Finish Carpentry & Installation

- Framing (wood or metal stud)

- Drywall Hanging & Finishing

- Painting & Coatings

- HVAC Installation

- Plumbing Installation

- Flooring & Tile

- Electrical (preferred, where applicable)

- General Construction / Skilled Labor

Responsibilities (Based on Trade & Skillset)

- Measure, cut, assemble structural and finish components with accuracy and attention to detail

- Perform carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, HVAC, plumbing, flooring, or related trades

- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and schematics to ensure proper installation

- Use hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment safely and efficiently

- Fabricate and assemble components in a factory setting (mechanical experience is a plus)

- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain production schedules and quality standards

- Perform material handling and lifting safely

- Follow all safety protocols and quality-control procedures

Experience & Skills

- Prior experience in one or more construction trades preferred

- Strong understanding of basic construction methods and materials

- Ability to read blueprints or learn quickly

- Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks

- Experience with hand tools, power tools, or fabrication equipment

- CNC, modular, or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset
