To support our expanding business, RMS Energy is currently seeking a Construction Manager to join our dynamic and rapidly growing team. Our Construction Managers lead and manage the operational and financial aspects of the field execution of large, Turn-Key, and EPC projects, serving as the primary liaison with the client’s site project teams during construction.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly subject to various job site environments. The position demands physical mobility to navigate uneven surfaces, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly, fine motor skills for handling small components and tools, and the capability to climb ladders and work at heights. Sustained physical effort, including standing, bending, pushing, digging, pulling, kneeling, crawling, and reaching for extended periods, is required. Good vision, including color vision and depth perception, and the ability to hear alarms and communicate in noisy environments are essential. Additionally, proficiency in speaking, hearing, reading, and typing in English is required for effective communication and documentation.
Travel requirements will make it necessary to drive a car (day and/or night) and, at times, fly in an airplane. This position has varying travel requirements consistent with job location, workload, and maximizing utilization. Travel demands can range up to 60%.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to perform keying functions, grasp, and pinch to write. The employee will frequently (34-66% of the workday) be required to sit, walk, and stand. Occasionally (6-33% of the workday), the employee will be required to bend, twist/turn, reach out, lift/carry, and push and pull. The employee infrequently (2-5% of the workday) will be required to squat/kneel and climb. The employee is required to infrequently (2-5% of the workday) lift and carry up to 21-50 pounds and will occasionally (6-33% of the workday) be required to lift and carry 11 to 20 pounds.
