As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll be the right-hand person to our seasoned Project Managers, assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects with precision and excellence. Your role will involve hands-on involvement in all stages of project development, from scheduling and budgeting to quality control and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
•Support Project Managers in overseeing day-to-day operations of construction projects
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
•Assist in preparing project proposals, budgets, and timelines
•Conduct on-site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
•Manage subcontractors, vendors, and materials to maintain project efficiency
•Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns promptly
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
•Proven experience in construction project management, preferably in concrete construction
•Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
•Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and safety protocols
