Concrete Foreman/Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher/Forman to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in finishing concrete surfaces to ensure high-quality results.

Duties:

- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces using hand and power tools

- Apply curing and sealing compounds as needed

- Repair, resurface, and replace damaged sections of concrete structures

- Check forms that hold the concrete to ensure they are properly aligned

- Monitor the effects of weather conditions on the curing process

- Utilize various techniques such as stamping, staining, or polishing to enhance concrete surfaces

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role

- Proficiency in using hand and power tools for concrete finishing

- Knowledge of different types of concrete finishes and their applications

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schematics

- Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in finishing work

Pay: $16.00 - $35.00 per hour
