Bottorff Construction has specialized in concrete construction for over 40 years and has offices in Atchison (HQ), Olathe, and Topeka KS. Performing concrete work on commercial and industrial projects throughout Kansas City and the greater NE Kansas region.

Foreman Candidate:

•

Work and leadership experience in the concrete construction industry. (various years of experience welcomed)

•

Demonstrated experience and knowledge in construction planning, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.

•

Good communicator, positive attitude, and driven.

•

Conducts self and interacts professionally at all times and with all parties.

Responsibilities

•

Performs work with crew and embraces the leadership and supervision roles ensuring work is preformed safely, efficient, accurate, and on on schedule.

•

Builds and educates team in the best and correct methods and procedures.

•

Maintains efficient jobsite through team members performance and the preparation and use of tools and equipment.

•

A leader and driver of each day's production on a jobsite.

•

Based on experience, would Lead own project or be a second Lead on the jobsite.
