Position Summary
The Compliance Analyst supports the management and execution of Brazos Electric’s regulatory compliance programs, ensuring adherence to North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC), Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT), and Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) standards. This role is essential in maintaining our compliance posture through effective audit coordination, training, regulatory reporting, and risk management. You will serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to drive a culture of accountability and operational compliance across the organization.
Experience in electric cooperatives or electric reliability compliance is a strong plus.
