Are you an experienced construction professional with a strong background in commercial roofing? Kansas City Commercial Roofing is looking for a Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of commercial roofing projects. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to work with a trusted and reputable team in the KC metro area.

Responsibilities

•

Oversee and manage multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish.

•

Schedule and coordinate subcontractors for installations, repairs, and inspections.

•

Ensure all materials and equipment are delivered on time and align with project schedules.

•

Conduct site inspections, including taking photos, performing core cuts, and evaluating scope of work.

•

Communicate with supply houses, manufacturer reps, and clients to recommend the best roofing solutions.

•

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates throughout each project.

•

Work with local municipalities to obtain all necessary permits and approvals.

•

Maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and secure approval for change orders.

•

Collaborate with estimators to develop accurate, competitive project bids.

•

Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain safety compliance on all job sites.

Requirements

Must Have:

•

5+ years of construction experience (preferably in roofing or a related trade)

•

2+ years of project or assistant project management experience

•

2+ years of commercial roofing experience

•

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

•

5+ years of customer-facing experience

•

In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, metal, etc.)

Preferred:

•

OSHA 10 or higher certification

•

Lift certification

•

Bilingual (Spanish/English)

•

Ability to pass a background check
