Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain strong client relationships through direct commercial sales efforts.
•Manage commercial roofing projects from contract signing through completion.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the roofing and claims process.
•Coordinate with production teams, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.
•Manage project budgets, documentation, and collections.
Qualifications
•5+ years of successful sales and project management experience in commercial low-slope roofing.
•Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in a team environment.
•Excellent communication skills and comfort with modern technology (smartphone, CRM tools, etc.).
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
•Ability to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs when necessary.
