This is a premier role offering a $75,000 base salary and uncapped commission potential. Top performers regularly earn $150,000–$300,000+ annually through our transparent open-book payment model.

Key Responsibilities

•

Sales & Business Development

•

• Target and close new commercial roofing projects (low-slope, TPO, EPDM, modified bitumen, etc.)

•

• Develop and manage key accounts including property managers, developers, REITs, and general contractors

•

• Represent Farha Roofing at commercial construction and B2B industry events

•
Project Leadership

•

• Lead projects from inspection and estimate to delivery and client closeout

•

• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and scheduling

•

• Maintain accountability for project profitability and client satisfaction

•

Client & Claim Communication

•

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates

•

• Provide support through the insurance claim process when applicable

Ideal Candidate Profile

•

5+ years of commercial roofing sales and project management experience

•

Strategic thinker with high-level client relationship and contract negotiation skills

•

Comfortable managing project lifecycles, budgets, and cross-functional teams

•

Tech-proficient (CRM, spreadsheets, estimating tools)

•

Physically able to climb roofs and lift up to 50 lbs
