What You'll Do:
Client Management & Retention
•Be the primary point of contact for your commercial clients
•Conduct regular site visits and ensure client satisfaction
•Respond quickly to client needs and help ensure contract renewals
Enhancement Sales & Development
•Identify and propose enhancement opportunities (e.g., irrigation upgrades, seasonal color, turf conversions)
•Create and present detailed proposals
•Meet/exceed enhancement sales goals
Operations & Quality Oversight
•Partner with field crews to ensure top-tier service delivery
•Conduct regular site inspections and problem-solve proactively
•Maintain service schedules and ensure safety compliance
Administration
•Manage account budgets and contribute to profitability goals
•Maintain up-to-date records in CRM
•Prepare reports on site conditions and account performance
Qualifications:
•3+ years’ experience in landscape account management or similar field
•Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
•Valid driver’s license with clean record
•Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
•Knowledge of horticulture, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance
•Commitment to safety and teamwork
Compensation & Perks:
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000/year (DOE)
