Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day maintenance requests from our client base. This role will include direct supervision of maintenance staff and coordination of vendor services. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned HVAC lead ready to step into a leadership role that will not only be hands-on but will provide supervisory instruction, training and mentoring. Key Responsibilities
•- Lead mobile HVAC technician for building systems and infrastructure
•- Perform and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems and
mechanical equipment
•- Manage and complete maintenance work orders with accuracy and efficiency
•- Perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs
•- Provide guidance and supervision to maintenance staff and external vendors
Qualifications
Experience:
•- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in commercial facilities HVAC services
maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and supervisory responsibilities
Education:
•- High school diploma or GED required
•- Trade school, vocational certification, or relevant technical training strongly preferred
Skills & Requirements:
•- Proven leadership skills and the ability to supervise personnel and vendors
•- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
•- Professional appearance and demeanor
•- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, and work on rooftops exceeding two stories
•- Familiarity with hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and basic testing equipment
