Blue Mountain Construction Services has an Immediate opening for an Experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installer II in the Surrounding Sacramento Service Area.
The Lead Installer at Blue Mountain's Three Rivers Division is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of HVAC installers, coordinating service projects, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role requires comprehensive technical expertise in the installation, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, coupled with strong leadership and project management skills. The Lead Installer ensures that all operations adhere to the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and safety.
Incumbent must have the skills, ability, and judgment to perform the following essential job duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation:
Supervising, scheduling, assigning, monitoring, and evaluating work of HVAC install team.

The role involves substantial on-site work at various residential properties, requiring frequent travel between locations on roads and highways. Typical working conditions include both indoor and outdoor environments, where lighting may be either artificial or natural. Employees will use a variety of equipment including smartphones, motor vehicles, and standard HVAC tools and safety gear such as gloves, safety glasses, and hard hats. The job includes exposure to diverse weather conditions and environmental elements such as rain, dust, noise, temperature extremes, and occasional fumes. Tasks may involve crawling or working in confined spaces and on rooftops, demanding agility and efficiency in limited or challenging environments. Physical activities include extensive walking and standing, repetitive hand use, driving, as well as frequent sitting, balancing, pushing, pulling, and lifting objects weighing up to 75 pounds. Work hours are primarily Monday through Friday, but the position may require overtime and weekend work depending on business needs. The role necessitates regular interaction with Blue Mountain staff, customers, and external vendors, requiring good communication and interpersonal skills.

The base pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00.
