RESPONSIBILITIES
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions.
•Install HVAC equipment according to the manufacturer’s specifications.
•Complete a Quality Install Checklist after every install.
•Document all installed equipment: make, model, serial number, etc.
•Follow all safety protocols while working in a client’s home, driving a company vehicle, performing job functions in the company warehouse and yard.
•Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines.
•Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
QUALIFICATIONS
•Proven customer service experience.
•At least five+ years of experience with a strong mechanical knowledge and an understanding of HVAC systems.
•Strong knowledge of mechanical code.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete retrofit installations efficiently and at the highest quality.
•Must provide your own tools and have advanced knowledge of hand and power tools.
•Good physical condition and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in various environments (e.g., confined spaces, attics, crawl spaces).
•Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
•Ability to operate a service van for transportation to job sites.
