Commercial Construction Site Operations Executive

Job Description:

A Site Operations Executive is primarily responsible for developing a complete project plan for highly complex projects. This team member is assigned to a single complex site where the focus is primarily on the interactions between superintendents, subcontractors, and trades happening simultaneously.

The Site Operations Executive gives day-to-day direction to project engineers, assistant superintendents, superintendents, senior superintendents, Site Workforce team members, vendors, and subcontractors on their project. They are responsible for the training of other Site Operations and Site Workforce team members on their site and identifies and implements processes to maximize team efficiency. This position reports to an Operations team member (a business unit leader or above) and does not supervise any direct reports.
