CNC / Structural Steel Operator

CNC / Structural Steel Fabrication Operator – 2nd Shift Pay: $24–27/hr + $3/hr Shift Differential Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:30pm–2:00am (OT on Fridays) Location: Denver Metro

Industrial Talent Group (ITG) is hiring for a Structural Steel Fabrication Operator to support a fast-growing metals manufacturing company here in Colorado. This role offers steady hours, overtime opportunities, and the chance to work with a wide range of CNC and fabrication equipment.

Daily Responsibilities:

- Saw stock material down to size using horizontal and vertical saws

- Drill beams, tubes, angle, and channel on the drill line

- Operate robotic 360-degree plasma cutting and etching equipment

- Burn plate from CNC plasma

- Cut angle iron on CNC angle line equipment

- Shear plate (20ga up to 5/8") using 20ft and 12ft shears

- Operate CNC press brakes (20ft and 12ft, up to 1,000-ton capacity)

- Perform routine equipment maintenance as needed

- Assist with general material handling and shop support

Must Have:

- 3+ years operating equipment in structural steel fabrication

- Experience with press brakes, saws, shears, drill lines, plasma tables, or lasers

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Ability to read a tape measure accurately

- Forklift certification or overhead crane experience

- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
