CNC Operator

Job Summary

We’re looking for a skilled CNC Operator for our Woodshop to join our team and help us maintain the precision and efficiency we’re known for. You’ll work closely with the production team to ensure accuracy, safety, and timely delivery of materials. If you're someone who can take pride in precision, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

- Accurately measure materials using a tape measure (a must-have skill)

- Working with Hand tools for drawer box making and such.

- Monitor production processes and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.

- Inspect finished pieces for quality and accuracy

- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment

Experience

- Proven experience operating CNC equipment, preferably in a cabinetry or woodworking environment

- Strong ability to read a tape measure and other measuring tools

- Comfortable with reading blueprints or cut lists

- Basic computer knowledge

- Detail-oriented, dependable, and a team player

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety in the workplace.

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
