CNC Operator (Woodworking)

CDR ProSource is seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to Bristol, IN 46507 join our woodworking production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating CNC machinery, along with loading and unloading wood panels to support efficient and accurate production.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate CNC machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines

· Load and unload wood panels and materials onto CNC equipment

· Monitor machine performance and quality of output

· Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting

· Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards

· Maintain a clean and organized work area

· Follow all company safety policies and procedures

· Collaborate with the production team to meet daily goals

Qualifications

· Previous CNC operating experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate

· Ability to lift, load, and move wood panels

· Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with machinery

· Strong attention to detail and quality

· Reliable attendance and positive work attitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment

Schedule & Compensation

· Hours: 5:45 AM–2:15 PM, Monday–Friday

· Optional volunteer Saturdays with 4–8 hours of overtime and bonus pay

· Competitive hourly wage of $17–$20, based on experience

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
