Position Overview:

We’re looking for a hands-on, driven CNC/Robot Operator who’s ready to grow with us. In this role, you’ll operate advanced robotic equipment for laser-based processes.

What You’ll Do:

Production Responsibilities:

- Operate CNC machinery and robotic systems for laser cladding and heat treating.

- Set up parts, run dry cycles, and carry out laser processing with precision.

- Prepare, inspect, and package components before and after processing.

- Troubleshoot basic machine and equipment issues.

- Perform routine maintenance and keep workspaces clean and organized.

- Complete required documentation and job tracking forms accurately.

What We’re Looking For:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

- Experience in a manufacturing or shop environment.

- Mechanical aptitude with a passion for hands-on problem solving.

- Comfortable with basic hand tools and shop equipment.

- CNC operation experience preferred.

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Email, etc.).

- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- CAD knowledge is a plus but not required.
