CNC Machine Operator

JIT Manufacturing, a leading precision metal fabrication company, is looking for a dependable and mechanically inclined Punch Operator to join our production team!

Experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic, great attendance, and is ready to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Operate and set up a CNC punch

- Read blueprints or work instructions to complete jobs accurately

- Use calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools to inspect parts

- Learn how to adjust machine settings and change tooling as needed

- Work with your team to hit daily production goals

- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe

What We’re Looking For:

- Manufacturing or production experience (preferred, but not required)

- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn

- Experience using measurement tools like micrometers, calipers or tape measures

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Excellent attendance and punctuality — this is critical!

- Comfortable standing, moving, and lifting throughout the shift

- Positive attitude and strong team mindset
