CNC Operator

Baytown Ace Industrial Services is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join a fast-paced and rapidly growing team. Baytown Ace Industrial Services is a 33,000 square feet job shop specializing in precision machine work, process equipment repair, and fabrication. We have been serving the petrochemical, industrial and refining complexes along the Houston ship channel for over forty years. Role and Responsibilities

· Work call outs and overtime as required.

· Provides all necessary equipment listed on “Machinist Basic Tool List”.

· Cleans and maintains employee provided equipment required to complete job. Advises Foreman when equipment needs calibration.

· Maintain all shop provided equipment. Advise supervisor if repairs are needed.

· Complete assigned jobs with precision and in time frame provided by supervisor.

· Complete jobs in reasonable time frame with precision if no time frame is provided.

· Assist fellow machinist with inspecting set-ups and measurements.

· Have QC inspector check set-ups and layouts.

· Have QC inspector confirm final dimensions prior to removing part from machine.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour
