CNC Operator

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machines for the fabrication of precision parts.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements.

- Monitor the machining process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality standards are met.

- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Conduct quality inspections on finished parts using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.

- Collaborate closely with engineers and team members to achieve production goals and improve processes.

- Maintain accurate records of production data, including timing, quantities, and completed work.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.

- Strong understanding of CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

- Familiarity with CNC machinery operations and maintenance procedures.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
