Job Summary
Chief of Staff KC is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Service Coordinator for a client of ours within the Overland Park area.
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of client needs
- Be able to navigate portfolio management system
- Coordinate projects from beginning to end
- Utilize tracking client interactions, managing accounts, and reporting on key metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive client experience
- Analyze market trends to provide insights that can enhance service offerings and improve client satisfaction
- Prepare memos and reports
- Prior experience or knowledge of wealth management systems
- Prior experience or knowledge of financial systems
- RIA [Registered Investment Advisor] experience would be great but not required
- Ability to be self-driven, self-motivated, and autonomous
- Has great time management skills & ability to multitask
- Excellent organizational skills
- Administrative and clerical tasks as assigned
- Has a friendly personality, and is able to build rapport with clients
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building relationships
- Ability to work in high-pressure situations, but receive high rewards
