Job Overview

Think Utility Services is a national water metering company based in Clearwater Florida. We are seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer to oversee our financial processes as well as to provide leadership to the billing operation.

As a key member of the Executive team, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). In that capacity, you will report on key company information, and provide critical financial and operational metrics. Additionally, you will oversee daily billing and financial operations within the company. You will drive process improvements, optimize resource allocation, and foster a culture of operational excellence. Finally, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative, results-driven, and have a strong background in financial and operations management. They should possess excellent leadership and analytical skills and have a proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving organizational success.

Job Requirements

- Advanced Excel skills

- Quick Books knowledge

- Background in management & accounting

- Understanding of billing operations

- Ability to create complex reports delineating key company metrics

- Familiar with various billing and financial software applications

- Understanding of importing and exporting financial information

- Experience managing teams

- Understanding of banking procedure and credit card processing

- Experience in group meetings and collaboration

Job Responsibilities

- Create utility spreadsheets and reports

- Analyze meter reading information

- Use meter usage to create charges

- Export utility bills

- Accepting payments for deposits

- Other duties as assigned
