Finance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the organization’s financial health. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in corporate finance, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance. Duties

- Manage all aspects of corporate accounting, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

- Prepare and interpret financial statements in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and IAS standards.

- Conduct risk analysis and implement risk management strategies to safeguard the organization’s assets.

- Oversee budgeting processes, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic goals.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain accurate fiscal management practices.

- Lead treasury management activities, including cash flow analysis and investment management.

- Develop cost control measures and perform cost accounting to optimize resource allocation.

- Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders, highlighting profit & loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations.

- Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights that drive decision-making processes.

- Mentor and lead finance team members to enhance their skills in financial analysis, report writing, and account reconciliation.

Experience

- Proven experience in finance management or a related field with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.

- Familiarity with governmental accounting practices and non-profit accounting is a plus.

- Proficiency in financial software tools for effective reporting and analysis.

- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, investment management, and cost management techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.

- Experience in public accounting or technical accounting is advantageous.

- Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to foster teamwork within the finance department. Pay: $157,063.26 - $186,893.38 per year
