We are looking for a dynamic individual to assume the role of chef. If you have a passion for food, and the drive to excel, then this job may be just what your looking for. Looking for someone who is creative and has a huge passion for food.
* Have a minimum of 2 years high volume kitchen management experience
* Have a strong understanding of food cost, labor cost and inventory control management
* Plan budgets, healthy menus for 30 - 40 people at any one setting
* Responsible for food ordering, cooking and budgeting
* Develop and maintain quality standards that exceed guest expectations
* Develop menus, cost analysis, and recipes consistent with the facility's objectives, themes and guest requirements.
* Develop and support operational heart-of-house policies and procedures.
* Be able to work weekends, holidays or as the business demands
