What you’ll do:
•To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude, as well as to be dependable for all scheduled shifts.
•To welcome guests, provide assistance and respond to their concerns
•Able to work a variety of shifts – including days, evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays on a rotational basis
•To follow Thorhild Co-op policies and procedures.
•Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
•High level of integrity, confidentially, and accountability
•stocking shelves and housekeeping duties
•H andle cash and achieve accurate cash balances.
•To provide a neat, clean and well merchandised front-end at all times.
•Perform other duties as assigned
•To assist in general stock duties, including filling shelves when not cashing.
Working Conditions:
•May be required to be on one’s feet for an extended period
•Ability to reach, bend, stoop, kneel, twist
•You’re able to lift up to 50lb on a regular basis
•Exposure to temperature extremes (coolers, freezers, store temperatures, outside temperatures)
Who you are:
•Previous retail experience would be an asset
•You are action oriented, customer focused and work well with other Team Members
•You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
•You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
