Sous Chef - Alltown Fresh

Job Description

The

is responsible for assisting the Chef through managing all aspects of the food service and beverage operation. By utilizing the food service team, the Sous Chef is responsible for the efficient execution of all fresh food/ food service programs in compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines and supporting the Chef in all facets of running the kitchen. The Sous Chef, in conjunction with the Chef, is responsible for training the Line Cooks in the store. The Sous Chef is responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary and appetizing food service environment. The Sous Chef ensures an exceptional customer experience.
