Applied Energies LLC, a Cadott-based drilling and blasting company, is in search of Full-Time CDL Drivers and Explosive Technicians.

Please note that the daily reporting location will be in Cadott, WI.

Applied Energies LLC is currently looking for CDL drivers and Explosive Technicians in the Eau Claire- Cadott area! Applied Energies LLC is small-sized and family-orientated. Responsibilities include:

Must be able to bend and install explosives in all weather conditions.

Repair/service existing equipment.

Layout and assemble explosive systems according to blaster and government compliance.

Manage preventive and regular maintenance on equipment.

Carry out the installation of dynamite, boosters, det-cord, ammonium nitrate, emulsion, and other various explosives.

Operate construction equipment, including light/medium-duty trucks, bobcats, and others.

CDL applicants must be able to drive a manual transmission and be able to obtain a hazmat endorsement.

This is full-time work, Monday- Friday.

Starting pay is negotiable.

Raises and reviews are consistent with most employees gaining a 2-5 dollar/ hour raise in the first year.

Yearly income for first-year technicians is usually between 52k and 70k

Qualifications:

Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.

Ability to lift 50-80 lbs. repeatedly.

Must be able to communicate with coworkers and customers effectively.

Higher education is not required but preferred.
