Company driver is responsible for operating a commercial motor vehicle with an 80,000lb GVWR. Responsible for all pre and post trips of commercial vehicle in accordance with FMSCA rules and regulations.
Must maintain electronic logbooks using KEEPTRUCKIN App.
Ensures all loads are delivered to customer locations in a safe and timely manner, and all BILL OF LADENS are filled out correctly copies given to customer and signed copy brought back to the office at end of each workday.
Maintains a clean truck no trash or leftover food is left inside trucks at end of each workday. Uses wash bay at end of each day to clean exterior of truck and trailer prior to parking commercial vehicle at end of workday.
When on jobsite locations has on all company provided FRC's and all other required PPE.
Reports any incidents or accidents immediately to supervisor. Reports any spills to customers and employer soon as spill is contained and safely able to report incidents
Reports any defective equipment prior to leaving the yard, ensures commercial motor vehicle is in accordance with all DOT rules and regulations,
