We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience.

Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
•
Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
•
Communicate effectively with customers regarding product information, promotions, and services.
•
Conduct product demos to enhance customer understanding and engagement.
•
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on customer satisfaction.
•
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
•
Utilize retail math skills to manage cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
Experience
•
Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required.
•
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
•
Familiarity with cash registers and basic retail math is advantageous.
•
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.

Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing excellent service.
